Grief Support

Pathways Center for Grief & Loss

The Pathways Center for Grief & Loss, a program of Hospice & Community Care, offers compassionate support and resources for individuals of all ages coping with serious illness or the loss of a loved one. Their professionally trained counselors provide individual and family consultations, specialized support groups, and educational opportunities to help navigate the grieving process. Services are available both in-person and virtually, ensuring accessibility for everyone in need.

I personally participated in the Loss of Parent and Sibling Group and the Surviving to Thriving Group.  These groups were vital in my own grief journey.  Although this support is local to Lancaster, PA, many hospices provide support and care for those grieving after death.
